Delete your PawsGo account
Use this page to permanently delete your PawsGo account and the data connected to it.
Delete some data without deleting your account
To remove an individual walk, open History in PawsGo and delete that route. To remove a dog profile you own, open Account > Edit Dog Profile and choose Delete Dog.
If you cannot access the app, email PawsGo support with the account email address and the specific walks or dog profile you want removed. We will verify the request before deleting data.
Request deletion
Enter the email address used for your PawsGo account. We will send a secure sign-in link before showing the final delete action.
Final confirmation
You are signed in. Deletion removes your account, dog profiles you own, walks you recorded, and cloud data. A shared dog owned by another person stays with that owner.
This cannot be undone.
Deletion complete
Your PawsGo account and associated cloud data have been deleted.
